Ftëv Khǟ Ner (/ftɛv/ /khaː/ [cruel; nasty] [elevator]) is a temperate Large Town located in S̺ûzamû Udû County, Zōzqut Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name Ftëv Khǟ Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Ftëv Khǟ Ner was founded by Zlkdshe Khizoruh, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Ftëv Khǟ Ner has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Overview

Ftëv Khǟ Ner was founded durring the late 18th century in early fall of the year 1761, by Zlkdshe Khizoruh. The establishment of Ftëv Khǟ Ner was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Zlkdshe Khizoruh struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Ftëv Khǟ Ner as a prison colony.

Ftëv Khǟ Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ftëv Khǟ Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Ftëv Khǟ Ner is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Ftëv Khǟ Ner's size could have. Ftëv Khǟ Ner's well-designed, yet cheep has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

The longer you remain in Ftëv Khǟ Ner the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
